Letters, forms and medicals we charge for

Some work is not paid for by the NHS. We charge for it, and it is done outside NHS clinical time.

How long it takes

Please allow up to 4 weeks. It can take longer when demand is high.

NHS patient care comes first. Send your request as early as you can, and pay any fee promptly, so it is not delayed.

We cannot guarantee to do private work. A doctor may decline your request.

What we charge for

  • insurance claim and cancellation forms and reports
  • medicals for a new job, or for driving
  • firearms licensing forms and medicals
  • prescriptions for taking medicine abroad
  • private sick notes
  • “to whom it may concern” letters
  • vaccination certificates
  • hepatitis B vaccination for work, which your employer pays for
